Hold Royal Mail in Mole Valley to account

We need to hold the Royal Mail to account in Mole Valley and demand that they begin to provide a sufficient service according to their Universal Service Agreement which requires them to deliver letters 6 days a week. Many people are receiving post sporadically at best; some say they are only receiving once a week and that they have been told to collect post from the sorting office instead. Not only is this not good enough but some residents of Mole Valley are also missing crucial NHS and GP appointments because they are not receiving their post on time.

This is unacceptable, has been going on for far too long and stems from poor management and inadequate staffing. We are calling on the Royal Mail to meet the Universal Service Agreement and provide Mole Valley residents with the service they deserve.

By signing the petition below, you are pledging your support for an obligation to be placed on Royal Mail in Mole Valley  to meet their Universal Service Obligation and deliver 6 days a week.
