Chris Coghlan MP calls for reform of Surrey County Council's Children's department

In a difficult speech today, Chris called for immediate reform of Surrey County Council's Children, Families, and Lifelong Learning department following its catastrophic and systemic negligence in the tragic deaths of three Surrey children: Chris's constituent Jennifer Chalkley from Bookham, Oskar Nash, and Sara Sharif.
