Lib Dem parliamentary candidate Chris Coghlan spoke to @BBCSurrey yesterday about the completely unacceptable delays to post in Dorking. Residents are missing vital NHS appointments which get lost in the post and @RoyalMail didn’t even bother to reply to our Lib Dem Council’s complaint.
